HathiTrust Engages Athenaeum21 to Guide Strategic Visioning
Athenaeum21 is pleased to announce that we have been engaged by HathiTrust to guide a 3-part collaborative visioning process that will take place through the end of 2023. During this process, we will connect with people throughout member libraries — subject librarians, deans, collection managers, directors — as well as with HathiTrust staff and industry peers.
The work will culminate in a new Strategic Vision for HathiTrust that appropriately reflects their successes to date and their potential to impact research, education, and libraries. You can read more about the process here.
About HathiTrust
HathiTrust was founded in 2008 as a not-for-profit collaborative of academic and research libraries now preserving 18+ million digitized items in the HathiTrust Digital Library. We offer reading access to the fullest extent allowable by U.S. and international copyright law, text and data mining tools for the entire corpus, and other emerging services based on the combined collection.
