Join A21 at Charleston Conference 2021 to discuss how libraries can partner with small businesses

Join us on November 1, 2021 for our Charleston Conference Poster Session and an engaged virtual discussion. “The Library & the Little Guy: How Small Businesses & Libraries Can Partner to Reach Shared Goals” for libraries to engage with and benefit from small businesses.

Globally, libraries continue to partner with small and new companies to define innovative or nimble ways to support new needs of faculty, student, and researchers. Athenaeum21 joins our colleagues at the University of Rhode Island, Coherent Digital, Lean Library, and Skilltype to describe the experiences of libraries that have successfully worked with small companies. In addition to discussing the library’s motivations to work with smaller vendors, the session will describe the challenges and opportunities smaller brands face in supporting the library.
